Qualifications and Professional membership
My name is Sarah Gascoyne. I am an accredited UKCP Integrative Psychotherapist and am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorder & Obesity registered with the National Centre for Eating Disorders. I offer a professional service adhering to the ethical codes of conduct as a professional member of both the UKCP and of the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute Ltd in Nottingham. I receive clinical supervision by a UKCP registered supervisor on a regular basis. I work from my own private practice in East Sussex and I have full personal liability indemnity insurance.
Experience
I have experience working with a wide range of mental health struggles and challenges including;
Supporting and working with people who have suffered or been impacted by acts of domestic violence (physical and/or emotional), sexual abuse and child abuse.
Supporting and working with people who are going through relationship difficulties.
Supporting and working with people who have suffered bereavement in particular as a result of suicide and traumatic sudden death.
Supporting and working with people who have unhealthy eating patterns/eating disorders.
Supporting and working with people with anxiety and depression.
